We are back, Vancouver. Our team began preparing for our return the moment we closed our doors, and the day has finally arrived. While the C&H experience may look a little different at your next visit, we hope you’ll find comfort in the familiarity of our care.
As we thoughtfully re-open, we continue to hold ourselves to the highest standard of service and care. Following the guidance of the Ministry of Health, we have designed a health and safety experience backed by science to welcome you with confidence. Here are the specifics of what you can expect:
The clinic
We’ve made elegant modifications to our space to help you maintain physical distancing while enjoying the experience you know and trust. Surfaces throughout the clinic are regularly sanitized. Treatment rooms are sanitized between appointments. Hand sanitizer has also been made widely available.
Scheduling
Appointment times will be staggered to allow for proper physical distancing, and virtual appointments are still encouraged when possible.
Health screening
We are screening all patients in advance of an appointment and are asking you to reschedule if you have:
On the day of your appointment, you will visit the hand sanitizing and screening station located at our clinic entrance. A final personal health screening will be administered by the nurse in your private treatment room.
Parking
You may access the underground parkade from the back alley off Laurel street (look for the Advanced Parking sign). Download the hangTag app for a touchless parking experience.
Arriving for your appointment
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We cannot accommodate early or late arrivals at this time. The elevators are operating on reduced capacity. Please allow yourself extra time or consider taking the stairs. We ask you to arrive alone, free of all makeup, and wearing a mask. Our team will also be wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) as directed by provincial medical authorities.
Your treatment
You’ll be escorted directly into a private, sanitized room, where your treatment, bookings and skincare will all be managed. We’ll be washing our hands thoroughly, as always, and we’ll ask that you do the same.
Payment
Lastly, we are transitioning to a touchless payment system. We kindly request that you pay by card. We will have collected credit card details upon appointment confirmation and will process your payment following your treatment.
Yes, things have changed. What has not changed is our absolute commitment to exceptional service and care, which includes clear communication every step of the way. If you have any questions or concerns prior to your appointment, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are looking forward to welcoming you back to the clinic.
